What a Hackathon…

Last weekend, we spent 2 extremely exciting days at the IXDS office in Berlin, hacking on Sketch plugins, together with a diverse bunch of motivated people. We had 70 participants joining us, traveling from 13 different countries. The event was a nice mix of inspiring talks by Sketch, Facebook, Abstract, Framer, among others and actually building cool things on top of Sketch.
Today, I present you the top 3 winning teams picked by the jury represented by Sketch, Abstract, Framer & IXDS. And as the second place was a tie, there were actually 4 winning plugins!
All talks and plugin demos were recorded so we’ll be publishing those videos sometime soon! Also, be on the lookout for a more in-depth recap article.

Sketch Plugin Hackathon: The winners are…
#1 Point Break
Truly responsive artboards in Sketch, that is what the Point Break duo aims to achieve. And they demoed that very effectively during the presentations. They need a bit of time polishing before releasing it to the public, but I’m confident this plugin can become very effective. Congrats Mark & Sam with winning the hackathon!
